Hey, guys....


An indoor pt,maintained on parenteral alimentation for 3 weeks, develops weakness, tremors, agitation, and finally coma. What is the most likely fluid and electrolyte disturbance

I think we need more history here.

Why was he/she maintained on parenteral alimentation? What was he/she suffering from?
