I think it mean to tag this picture "gross alien baby".  But it is somewhat disturbing.  Can you tell me what this childs medical condition is?  You may have to copy & paste null

That seems to be a severe form of Harlequin type ichthyosis (Harlequin baby) where the skin gets hardened that it limits the normal growth and movement of the baby.
